Queensland’s premier food festival, The Curated Plate, returns to the Sunshine Coast from 25 July to 3 August 2025, promising to be its biggest and best yet. Led by Chef, Author, and TV Presenter Peter Kuruvita as Culinary Director, this year’s festival celebrates the region's abundant fresh produce, seafood, meats, and local artisans.

Spanning 10 days, the festival will feature around 30 events showcasing diverse cuisines, talented chefs, and immersive food experiences. Past highlights have included exclusive dinners, cooking classes, farm tours, bustling markets, a two-day Asian food celebration, Indigenous food experiences, and even a whimsical Mad Hatter Tea Party.
